welcome to mai pen rai yoga!

for strarters, mai pen rai is Thai for “no worries”. and yoga? for me, it’s definitely a worry-killer. my yoga mat is my place to escape my brain, forget the stresses of the day, and just feel gooood.

this blog is another place for me to release stress. or to spread joy. or to simply share stories of what’s going on in my little part of the yoga world. i hope you enjoy, and if you have any comments, questions, -anything!- don’t be afraid to send it my way!

me, personally? i’ve been doing yoga since 2014, and it has absolutely changed my life. i am that crazy yogi that fully believes “yoga fixes everything!!!”, and in 2016 i did my first training to be able to teach and share that yogic magic. a few years later, i’ve completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and my love for yoga has grown even more.
